“I can’t find Hulu app in this device. I tried everything. In the box clearly says that comes with Hulu but it doesn’t. I see amazon prime and Netflix. But no Hulu. Please advice.”

I stumbled across this issue while troubleshooting the Hulu app on my mother's Vizio TV. So it turns out that Hulu is no longer supported on Samsung Blu-ray players (and also many others) from 2017 and earlier. This is due to a major overhaul of the Hulu app that somehow makes it incompatible with these devices. Basically, they are ending legacy support, although the classic app is still available on some devices, but without all the new features, like Live TV. I got this straight from Hulu's support page, which will also show you a list of supported devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. After going through every step Best Buy offered and Hulu's tech advice, still no resolve. When looking at Hulu, it says this device is no longer supported as of 2 years ago, even though Best Buy insists that it is.
