I WOULD EXCHANGE IT, MAYBE YOU GOT A BAD PRODUCT. I HAVE THE EXACT SAME ONE AND ITS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! NO ISSUES!!! DONT GIVE UP WITH SAMSUNG, THIS PLAYER IS THE BEST IVE EVER HAD AND I LOVE IT
