I WOULD EXCHANGE IT, MAYBE YOU GOT A BAD PRODUCT. I HAVE THE EXACT SAME ONE AND ITS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! NO ISSUES!!! DONT GIVE UP WITH SAMSUNG, THIS PLAYER IS THE BEST IVE EVER HAD AND I LOVE IT

Personally I would check to make sure it has the latest update under settings...if that doesn’t work return it...Samsung is discontinuing it’s blu ray production and you only have 14 days to make returns
