“Hi I just plugged this into my Lenovo ThinkVision docking station/monitor and for some reason the resolution on the new monitor wont go up to 1920....its stuck at 1600 and it looks so pixelated. Its not letting me change to 1920.”

so have you gone into your computer's OS settings? Not sure if you're use a PC or an Apple.
