• Just as easy as the washer and dryer is to move. The base is made of thin sheet metal and thick plastic. The feet are a rubber material that grips pretty good so it is difficult to slide on the floor.

• No, it almost seems like the suction to the ground, which is good as it prevents the washer and dryer from moving.
