I have a 2011 pedestal for a Samsung front load washer. If I buy basically the same Samsung washer will it fit the old pedestal? null

The new models no longer fit on the old pedestal. I was wondering if there would be an adapter to update the old pedestal to the new clamping style lock that goes around the feet, but can't find anything online and customer service at Samsung was next to useless.
