“why does my charger blink dark blue and stop charging both my phone and the pad?”

• My experience with using the charging pad is that if you do not have the device positioned exactly right, the pad will blink blue but then not charge. Try repositioning and see if that makes a difference.

• I had the sane problems with my charging pad. What i did is restart my phone and it worked fine

• This happens to me occasionally. Usually it means that the phone is not placed properly on the charging pad. I move it around and wait until it starts charging again.

• one thing i notcied is that you have to position it just right on the pad for it to pick up and actually charge minus that not sure why it would not work correctly

• you probably do not have it centered, just remove phone and reset it on charger.
