- Answer Everything you need is in that device...It shows as REMOVEABLE DRIVE E.....Once you plug into your computer, it does the rest..Then you find your music files on the computer, click sync and it transfers.

QuestionPLAYLISTS- How To? I tried simply dragging music to the playlist folder like you would do with music but that did not work. I also can't figure out how to add music do different playlists on the actual Mp3 player. I haven't seen any questions about this.

- Answer I opened i-Tunes on my Max and loaded the Mp3 player into a USB port. When the "Sportplay" icon I opened it and started dragging songs over, no problem. As far as different playlists I'm not sure.

- Answer If your car has an input jack, then you can use a male to male mini (3.5mm) audio jack to connect it. That is what I do.

- Answer Didn't need to hear that. Best Buy is usually pretty good about taking things back, obviously it should last longer than 2 months. Excuse the question but is it charged ?
