• Not that I can see. When you want to change the music or find a song you have to hold the button down so accidentally hitting those hasn't been a problem at all for me. I put it in my pocket when I walk/run and it's fine. Once in a while if I bend over for example it might go to the next song but you can get back to it with just a push of the reverse button.

• Yes, it does have a screenlock function. If you press and hold the little button on the upper left for a few seconds, it will then show a lock symbol on the screen. To unlock it, just press and hold the same button for a few seconds. You can still adjust the volume with the lock on, and turn off the device (press and hold the middle button), though. But all other functions are locked.
