“I plug in the device and my windows 10 does not recognize it. I tried on another pc and same result. I looked in This pc devices and drivers and nothing new showed up. Am I looking in the wrong place to set up and use the SanDisk Clip Sport Plus?”

Make sure the device is turned on when you have it plugged into your computer. Should be able to find it in the same way you would locate a flash drive.
