“There seems to be no real volume control. Only a high and normal setting, two choices that is it. That is your only choices. Is this true? That is a major problem if I can't control the volume more than high or low. Am I missing something?”

The volume control is on the left side and has one button for increasing and one for decreasing. It is like you would have on your phone.
