Not happy with this product, it keep freezing up, I'm looking for another brand, I threw the sand dick in a drawer and looking to buy another brand. I Try to returned it but best buy told me that it was over 15 days and I could not get another one. wasted money because I had older models and they work fine. I won't buy your product again.
