• A:Answer If you mean create playlists, it is not an easy process. The files must be converted to M3U and then saved back into the player while it is plugged into the computer. The SanDisk is a good value but it doesn't have every bell and whistle you would want.

• A:Answer I get my audiobooks from audible, they have a program I downloaded to my computer, you download the books to your computer through that program then you plug in the clip sport to your computer, you have to add the device to the audible program, then you can sync the files to your sandisk.

• A:Answer Well, it doesn't readily link up with itunes like an ipod does. You can however, drag and drop music files from whatever folder your music is saved in on your computer. You just have to figure out how to do it. I'm sorry if that doesn't help.

Q: QuestionThe specifications state the player will play AAC and MP3 files. How difficult is it transfer AAC audio books to this player? Some CDs I ripped have 99 tracks. Are there special procedures to transfer the audio books?

• A:Answer I would suggest making a playlist for the ebook if its ripped from a CD. It shouldnt be any more troublesome transfering the files other than making the playlist.

• A:Answer You first have to have your playlist changed over to AAC (it's in the file drop down in your ITunes player). This list can then be burned to a CD (the only way ITunes will let you move it). From there, I made an AAC file on my computer (drag and dropped the songs into that file) and then changed the songs over to MP3's. MP3's can then be dragged and dropped into your MP3 player. It's a little time consuming, but I thought well worth it -- I didn't want to lose my songs on my ITunes.
