“Does the Sandisk have true random, or does it just play the same songs in the same "random" non-alphabetical order?”

• As long as the shuffle option is turned on it is completely random (doesn't matter if you are playing all songs or one of your playlists)

• It's played true random when I've used it, I'll go from one of my hair metal songs to a song off of a movie soundtrack.
