“when I pair with my wireless speaker it will play for about 5 mins and be on but not play. But pair wireless speaker with another devise no problem, happens every time.”

Check that you have the latest firmware for both devices. If so, contact Sandisk support for further troubleshooting. Be certain to include the make and model of wireless speaker.
