I recently bought the mp3 player and i have gotten all my other bluetooth speakers to pair with the sport clip but not my powerbeats3 earbuds. My main reason for the upgrade was because my other Lg ones died on me after along time of use. The guy in the store obviously did not know what he was talking about.

I've had the same problem. My powerbeats3 headset will not connect to this. I've tried everything I can possibly think of. It's a piece of junk. I'll have to resell it.

The long string of numbers and letters is your headphones. Select it to pair them with the device.

once you pair the device, then you will see the name correctly.
