I'm having trouble pairing it was almost anything, it won't connect to my car, my daughters I pods, my Bluetooth hearing aids(which is why I bought it). The only thing that it will pair to is my truck. any suggestions, Dan null

Same problem. Went to Sandisc web site. Ended up using drag and drop system on windows 10 laptop to transfer my music.
