Yes, but depending on the port you may not get the same speed. The drive comes with two cables, Usb-c to usb-c and usb-a to usb-c

However, please note that you might not get optimal data transfer speeds when connected to a USB interface older than USB 3.1 Gen 2x2 for this SSD Drive.

It comes with a USB-A cable, but don't know about the PS5 compatibility.
