No. 1st - That is not enabled on the PS5 yet, the feature is completely disabled until sometime in the future. Do not buy anything yet for it. 2nd - You need a PCIe 4.0 drive with much faster speeds and throughput, this is PCIe 3.0.

We'll have to wait until they confirm what ssd they will support, and this is a great price. I own this for my gaming PC and it's blazing fast I have all my games on in COD modern Warfare. Destiny 2, Sims 4, Spellbreak, and many more. If you do have a PC that supports PCie I say pick it up and have it laying around. If Sony comes back and says they won't support it at least you can pop it in your PC as extra storage. If not I would wait.

In order to know if PS5 supports the same or not, it would be best to contact Sony Customer Support as they would have all the information for the same.
