Is this recommend for the PS4 Slim? null

Most definitely! I bought one for my PS4 slim and my games load/install/run way faster than the built in 1tb hdd that came preinstalled. It's very easy to do. Just an fyi, the ps4 pro will gain the most benefit from an SSD but I don't care I still notice a difference. Ps4 pro benefits most because it employs the SATA 3 interface how as the ps4 slim uses the slower SATA 2 interface.
