• No, it won't fit. It's also a different interface. The earlier Surface laptops use an mSATA connector and drive. It's physically much smaller than this one. Sorry

• No. Extremely difficult to disassemble product. Don't even think about it. This is not the correct size drive.

• I don't have this information, in my case, I changed the hybrid HD, to increase storage capacity and speed in an Inspiron 15 Gaming notebook ( i15-7567-A20P). And it worked perfectly, very pleased with the new performance!
