• No, I did not get any cloning software with my unit. I just used Windows 10 to create my backup iso

• You can use a 3rd party free software called "EaseUS todo" to clone.

• No cloning software. Howrver, you can either have the Geek squad back your data up for you or tackle it yourself, if you are technically inclined. There are lots of videos on You Tube that help explain the process and walk you thru it.
