Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Honestly the SanDisk app sucks because I tried to open my files that way but nothing ever wants to appear. So I just use the iPad Pro app that's already preinstalled on to it. It's called "Files" and you can access your photos and etc. that way! For my iPad Pro, the flash drive was called "NO NAME" when I plugged it in. It may be different for everyone else but that's the basic name of the flash drive. Hopefully that should be able to work for you! :)
