“Unable to open the drive file; I'm getting a message on the .apk file that "App not installed as package appears to be invalid." Same message on android phone and tablet. Also, no MemoryZone_Appinstaller.apk comes up as directions indicate.”

Not sure about other but all my android items work great. You might want to exchange it.
