According to the Specs on Samsung's site, yes. Would recommend checking the specs for your specific model on their website before purchasing but it appears it should work just fine.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7. It takes a standard micro SD card. This item is a class 10 which is very fast for video or burst photos. Ask the Samsung rep at your local Best Buy to be sure. Our Samsung reps are great.
