I purchased this because I had run out of space on my old Samsung micro SDXC UHS-1 Card PRO 64GB Class 10 for Galaxy Note 2 II. That card had followed me from a Note II to a Note 3 to my current Note 4. I was a little concerned about compatibility and reliability because a few years ago tried to save a buck by getting a tier 2 brand card that literally melted down. This time I took a chance with this non-Samsung card and cannot be more pleased. For one thing, the transfer from my old card to this one did not cause this to get hot. Considering that there was about 29GB involved that was my first indication that this is a well made card. Another thing is after I transferred the contents to this card (via a card reader), as soon as I popped it into my Note 4, it immediately mounted and everything on the older card was there. I took the time to look for corrupted files, sampled a lot of random music, and checked a few videos. Zero issues and the Note 4 did not balk at this card or any of the files on it. As for speed, I am not going to make claims one way or the other. I did not test it with benchmarking software, and since I use this mainly for streaming music the additional speed (if any) is not noticeable anyway. What is noticeable is the total compatibility with my Note 4 and the extra breathing room the capacity provides me. Overall I am not only pleased, I feel as though this card is a better value than the Samsung brand cards that I had been purchasing. And every bit as reliable too.

    little card with big memory

It's a memory card. Bottom line you just want it to work. I use this in my Galaxy Note 10.1 32GB 2014 edition. I did not have to do a thing to get it to work, i.e. no reformatting or anything, it just works. People worried about the real speeds of any card should first make sure their hardware is truly capable of the speeds the card's spec list before expecting anything like that. In my Qosmio gaming laptop the speeds were right on, 30-45MB write and 100+MB read. I orginally transferred the files from my previous 64gb micro sd onto my laptop then inserted this card and copied the roughly 50gb onto this card in just under an hour. I moved a couple of files back onto the Hybrid HDD just to test the read spead and larger 10+GB files avg 80MB reads. Once the card is in my Note I've transferred much smaller 1-3GB files in a minute or two--Windows doesn't report transfer speeds for many tablets just a little bar with no usefull additional details. I got this on sale at $119 and I'm very happy to have proper storage for HiDef capacity that the Note offers. I've done h.264 video encodes in 1080p 8Mb aac @ 320kbps and seen a two hour movie use 10GB, so large storage is a must. High quality 24bit flac files can easily use 1-2gb per album so even HQ audio needs space. I've only had this a week so far but there has not been any kind of a glitch with it so far. With the memory size its the kind of thing you just put it in once in the device you buy it for and leave. Who knows if or when 256gb will be available for microsd and compatible for these devices.

Let me preface this with some info that I typically only give reviews once I’ve used a product for about 60 days. Purchased this unit in late March, after reading a number of trade magazine articles on upcoming ultra-book releases. I’ve been transitioning away from the more traditional laptop form-factor over the last year to lighten my load. But it felt like I might have jumped in a little too early in the product life-cycle for this unit. I used a number of Lenovo notebooks over the last 15 years with very limited problems. I typically upgrade every 2-3 years so I have had much experience with Lenovo. This Yoga 3 14 is the first that gave me problems in the first 60 days. After just 33 days of use, I began to experience power-on problems – failure to POST. It was intermittent at first, but progressed quickly to not booting at all by the end of the day. If I had just been another 3 days earlier I would have returned the unit to the store, but here I was stuck with it. After some delays in trying to get local support from Lenovo (I was traveling at the time), I ended up sending the unit to the TX depot for repair. Long story short, the Yoga had a system board failure and the part was on back order. It was nearly 6 full weeks gone for repair. Didn’t lose any data of apps upon return so that made it a bit easier to deal with. Since the repair, I find myself not totally trusting this unit. I back up all my files to separate media / cloud daily now, whereas I used to just deal with it on a end-of-week schedule. It’s not a bad ultra-book, but my confidence was shaken. The display is perfect sized, and a nice transition down from 15.6” notebooks. I hardly notice the change any longer. It’s taken a while to get used to the touchpad though, sometimes difficult to get a right-click on many objects. I was considering getting another Lenovo ultra-book for my son heading off to college in the fall, perhaps from the Yoga 3 Pro family, but changed my mind after this experience. We went with an HP Spectre 360 for him instead. Battery life (I know that is very subjective) and keyboard preferences were the primary reasons (beyond our perceived reliability of course)... I realize this Yoga 3 - 14 is a mid-priced laptop at $899, but I certainly expected much better performance, especially in the short term. Should have went with the Yoga 3 Pro instead.

This memory card is the perfect accessory for anyone who needs additional storage, both on the go and at home. Sure, you can get a USB drive or external hard drive for additional storage, but those options only work for select devices, just like this card. So depending upon what device you have and which type of ports it comes with, this card may or may not be the right fit for you. For my wife and I, it's perfect because we are photographers, though she is the leader of this business we share. So the SanDisk - Ultra PLUS 128GB microSDXC UHS-I Memory Card works great for her as it provides additional storage as needed for her cameras. You can add HD video and high resolution photos that not only look sharp, but transfer quickly. That's probably my favorite perk about this card, is the data transfer speed. Compared to previous model cards or those of lesser quality, the speed saves us minutes (up to 30+ at times) when transferring large amounts of videos or photos. The high the quality of videos or photo of course, the larger the capacity needed for storage since those qualities take up more space. So naturally, the larger the file the slower the transfer speed. But with this card, there is very little drop off in speed for all file sizes we've come across so far. We've only used it so far for photography related work but it can work in various situations for any users that demands or desires faster speeds, increased storage, and convenience without sacrificing quality.

I flip-flopped on exactly what I wanted to acquire as additional storage on my new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, thinking 200 GB would be better than 128 GB, but couldn't for the life of me think of what I'd ever acquire to need that much space. The helpful staff at Best Buy offered good opinions as well. This one was on sale at Best Buy, and the larger card was on sale at a major online store. I chose this one, and have come nowhere near close to even filling up half of what it has to offer. Heck, I started giving it Thumbs Up when the packaging was so easy to open (no cuts from the plastic blister packaging - Yea!), and then that was followed by very easy installation into the card tray of the new phone. The recognition was instantaneous, and the settings quickly adjusted. Samsung restricted more than I anticipated the number of applications I could transfer and run from the micro SD card, but that is not an issue with the card. Those apps running from the card are just as responsive as those running on internal memory (as far as I can tell), so I'm super pleased with what this memory is providing in that regard. The transfer of audio (iTunes to Android) and also video (from PC to Android) was quick and easy, as the SanDisk card accepted everything rather briskly . . . and no errors in the process. Yep, I'd easily recommend this product to others, as well as do a repeat purchase myself if that situation ever arose.

This review is for the SanDisk - Ultra 128GB microSDXC Class 10 Memory Card - Gray/Red. My wife and I purchased a pair of these cards during the 2015 Black Friday advertised sale at $39.99 each. At this price the product is a ridiculously great value (with limited expectations). If speed is your only concern you should probably look at something else, as this is clearly not the fastest card on the market. If high capacity is what you seek, then this is for you. These cards come preformatted as exFat. Because of this, and strictly due to the limitations of our phones, the cards were not initially recognized. I was forced to reformat them as fat32. Note that Windows will only format these as NTFS or exFat, I had to use a third-party freeware utility to reformat to fat32 (in hindsight maybe I should have tried NTFS first). Also keep in mind that reformatting away from their native exFat will slow them even further. However, after reformatting they do function properly, and after a 5 hour copy process, our 90GB library of: 14,000+ songs, and 8500+ photos, is now entirely accessible on each of our phones, and we still have room to spare! Are you kidding me! On sale price + these cards have room to spare + fast enough to record photos and video from our phones. What's not to love! If it's on sale, go for it, you won't be disappointed!

So far, this has been a great memory card used for storage in my Surface Pro 3. The only con is that write speeds are a little slower than other more expensive cards but I knew that when I selected it. Overall, it seems to be working great for what I wanted to use it for - storage on my SP3. In a Surface or Tablet, I would not recommend it being used as a drive you install programs and actively used files on due to it's speed, but for storing photos, videos and other files it's great for that. The read speeds are of course faster. I did test it out in my phone and the speed does seem more than fast enough for recording 4K video and for pictures from it, so if you're using it for a phone, table, or a point and shoot camera it should work just fine. But, if you're after faster write speeds for high quality video cameras or DSLR's - or you want to use it to store apps and programs on, you might want to look at other more expensive cards. For more advanced users who are wondering if NTFS formatting works on it.. I would add a note to recommend against changing the default partition format from exFAT to NTFS unless you have a specific need to use NTFS. That said, it does work formatted NTFS for me, but it DOES slow write/read speeds down from what they are with exFAT which is what is supported and is the default format.

GET. THIS. CARD. Ask yourself, what are the chances of you taking 16,000 photos? What are the chances you'll need to record 8 hours of video? Your answer? Probably NEVER, but, you'll be ready if you do! The speed, the quality, the ease of use, is absolutely splendid! I utilized this card in my GoPro Hero 4, I used it on a cruise my family took. I snapped roughly 3,000 photos and took about 3 hours of video, total; not all at once. I downloaded photos to share with family and friends, but decided to leave them on there for ease of access later. Fast forward to my next cruise, 5 months later, I never took the photos off of the card from the previous cruise and just rolled with it. This card took new photos and video like a champ, still with room to spare! I bought a 200GB with my initial purchase of this 128GB, not sure what I would need. This card surpassed the 200GB, being that it is rated for all things GoPro, Hero 4 and 5 (My brother had the Hero 5). I now have this card sitting in my Gear 360, taking the Photos and Videos from it. Excellent card, especially if you catch it on sale!

So far this card has been descent. I'm using one in my surface pro and another in my 70D. The write speed tends to be in the 17-19mb/s range with a few dips down to the 10-13mb/s range. In the camera it works fine for full 1080p video recording that usually does so at about 80-90Mbps without issues, reaches that 29min mark without generally stopping in advance. For the price, under $50 it is not a bad card to have if space is important to you, however if speed is important then i use the samsung Pro+ which does 85mb/s in both read and write however is about 2x the price for the same 128GB card. I keep the 64GB Pro+ card for my 4K phantom pro 3 recordings and rapid fire pictures however for everything else the 128GB card will work fine... NOTE: since this card seems to handle the 80-90Mbps 1080p recording so well i feel it may work well in the phantoms and other 4k cameras like GoPro, since they usually do not go past the 60Mbps mark. However they are not the recommended U3 card that all of them say you will need.

So this is my second SanDisk on my S7. Both have failed me. The first one was a 64GB. It stopped working on my phone one day in October, so I bought a higher capacity UHS-1 C10 128GB replacement seeing all the good reviews, thinking that the older one failed because of it's age, nope. It is now March, almost 5 months later I am dealing with the exact same issue. Both are recognized by my computer, but it takes several minutes for each photo folder to open (in order to copy them, because until I do, the contents won't copy). Photos are recovered, thankfully, but now I have to buy a new one because my phone will not recognize in order to reformat. Buy a Lexar, they have a lifetime gaurantee and will recover your data even if the card is corrupted (wish I would have learned this before).

I'm using it on my Galaxy S4 which is only supposed to have 64 gb expansion limit as if it were made for 128gb, no formatting nessecary as I was going to save it for Galaxy Note 4 Sept.launch phablet so even better it's already crammed with music, vids, photos, pics,&wallpaper art for next bigger & better smartphone when it becomes available to me. Thank You Sandisk for out doing yourselves SanDisk 128gb is AWESOME! Thank You Best.Buy.for having it on promotion at such a great price. I sincerely enjoy this memory card.

Knowing how androids work, I added this to my new Galaxy tab and set all the apps that would allow me, to use the card for storage (you have to check each app for what it will let you do, doesn't take long just go down the list) This mem runs about the same speed as the internal memory and keeps the tablet from getting bogged down with using up all its internal space. Now, I'm not a gamer and use my tablet for very specific needs (email, web browsing, and a couple of apps, casting to my big TV, etc) so it is fine for me. Other hard core users and gamers that will use a tablet as their main PC, and are concerned about space might do better with a Surface / Win device.

I use this128GB card as an upgrade from my 64GB card with My Galaxy Note 3 for Movies, photos etc. I especially like the fact that you can easily back up your media with the SanDisk Memory Zone App on the Google makes it easy to view, access, and back up all of your files from your phone’s memory in one convenient place. You can also set the Memory Zone app to off-load files from your device's internal memory to your memory card automatically which is very important to me. I am very pleased with my purchase of the 128GB Class 10 microSDXC Card.

I recently bought a new Samsung Tablet from Best Buy and I wanted to have the extra memory for movies as I use my tablet to help me fall asleep. But the great part is that I have downloaded so many movies in the highest quality and I am just getting close to being at the half way used up mark. No problems with it. So nice to use not just for myself but as a driver for Lyft/Uber I always have something playing they can watch. It has helped in my ratings as customers ask do you have this episode or can we listen to this and sure enough I have it. So great for those who I pick up fom the airport who want to catch up on watching something and I can still add so much more. Will be buying more and more to keep up with consumer wants. And the price was great as well. Thanks.

I bought this memory card following my purchase of a new phone. It was on discount, over a hundred dollars discount, and the capacity is 4x that in my older phone. As I was also switching to a phone with a different OS, it was nice to find this memory card worked in my PC for transferring data from my old SD to this new one which I now have installed in my new phone. Being able to use it on my PC allowed for a more faster and neater data transfer which also allowed my to keep the existing organization of the data in the old SD during transfer to this new one. Transfer rate is very impressive and would certainly recommend this product.

The SSD was fast even though it took longer than expected to deliver. The site ordering experience was horrible because my order was placed on Thanksgiving day and the BestBuy site crashed so many times before I was finally able to order it but the site didn't recognize me even though I was logged in and seemed only allow me to order as a guest (I had retried it over ten times already). The biggest dissatisfaction was it did not have a way for me to put in my Reward Certificate. I went ahead finished my order (as a guest) and after I received my order, I called the customer service attempted to use my Reward Certificate for that order but was passed around to more than five person/departments before someone finally took care of the adjustment.

I got a great price on a Fire tablet before the holidays but it only had 32GB of storage. Since it's memory can be expanded with a micro-SD card, I started my research. I have always had good luck with Sandisk products so this brand was my first choice. Found the 128GB and figured that should give me plenty of room for Kindle books and audio books since I plan to use my Fire tablet mainly for reading (was cheaper than a Kindle and more functional :D). It was easy to insert the micro-SD card into the Fire tablet and it picked it up right away. It has worked really well so far. Got a great sale price - very pleased!!

Picked this up for a great price. I am using this on my Canon DLSR with the apadpter and it works flawlessly. Since I shoot in RAW, the large space is needed - as well as the fast read/write speed. This card can handle both. As for video, it can write 4K video, but the speed on this card is perhaps not optimized for these extremely large video files. It takes a little more time for UHD video capture. And with the adapter that comes with it, formatting on Windows, Mac is also simple. The card also works very well with my Samsung Tab A 8gb, quickly adding an extra 128gb to the tablet. Basically it can be used for anything like backing up 1000's of songs, documents, photos, etc. with absolute ease. It's a powerful handy little card.

I've had this card for a while. It is part of my LG V10. I like the idea of lots of SD storage. The issue I have is that I'm afraid to fill it more than half because of the outside chance it will fail. It already did once, and chkdsk from windows just formatted the card. If you feel you need this much space (which I do, and would purchase higher capacity if it was available (with higher speed for 4k video-----This card DEFINATELY DOES NOT SUPPORT 4K VIDEO. IT WILL FAIL)) I highly recommend backing up to a computer/laptop regularly. Make it routine. It's a nice purchase but beware if SD cards are priced lower than you think they should be, be prepared for it to have problems or fail. I do recommend this product but with user savvy in mind.
