Yes it does fit your 85” Q60A 2021 television. Just be sure that you know where your mounting holes are located on the back. They’ll either be perfectly centered or towards the top of the tv. If towards the top like on my 85” Q70A 2021, you will need to adjust for this when figuring your mounting height. I’ve included a picture of my 85” Q70A mounted for reference.
