My tv wall mount won't allow it to hang straight without tilt. It was like that when they installed it but when I moved it out a bit to unplug the sound surround it won't go back straight. the bottom is out a bit further tilted & I need it straight. null

You have to adjust it using the screw knobs in the back.  Loosen them up and adjust the TV as you wish then you will tighten the screw knobs back up to keep it in place.
