“I am mounting a series 7 55” above a fireplace mantel. I read that some TVs will not have a good picture if hung above a fireplace you should have a tilt to insure the picture is clear. Will I have this issue with the Samsung series 7and this mount?”

I mounted this over my mantel without tilting it down. The trick is to keep the TV close to the mantel and not hang it too high.
