• NO, Use a level and mount it straight. Measure twice, drill once.

• Hello, There are post-install adjustments that can be made with this laterally. If you need to adjust the height, you will need to remove the TV. Check out page 21 in the installation manual or give us a call at 800-359-5520. Kathryn @SANUS
