• TV on wall is ONLY 2" from wall. My 55" LG OLED has (4) HDMI-cable-entries on one SIDE. You shold be able to squeeze in your HDMI cable ends to these.

• Hi Farrell, You will need to either take the TV off or utilize the spacers that were included with the mount to have the right amount of room to get behind the TV. Kathryn @SANUS
