“How do I move the tv with this mount to insert a usb I looked everywhere even the manual. Very frustrating it seems like its fixed to my fireplace. Can someone help?”

Pull the cords down to unlock the bottom locks and gently rotate the bottom from the wall about 4" out the legs will fall down and keep the tv spaced from the wall enough to connect the USB inputs which are side mounted Right Side facing the screen.
