Hi Steph, Thanks for the questions. This mount is rated to hold up to 150 lbs and can support VESA patterns from 100mm x 100mm to 700mm x 400mm. You can also check for compatibility on the best buy mount finder all you need to do is plug in your TV model number. As for mounting on stackstone, we do not recommend it due to our mounts not being approved for brick install. We do not know the strength or durability of the brick and that is why we cannot recommend it. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
