Does it swivel left and right? Does it pull out? null

this particular model does not. it is a fixed mount - so there is no movemement / swivel. there are others that have that functionality

The TV mounting plate slides to the left and right along the wall mounted brackets, but it does not swivel and it does not pull out.

No it does not, but it does slide from left to right and has two pull cords that you can pull to lift the TV out from the bottom from the wall to about three inches to fit your cords in the back or to gain access to it without taking it off the wall

It is fixed to the wall. Doesn't swivel out or pull out.
