The mount does not have any locking screws. It moves freely

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it has threaded knob and bolts that allows you to tighten the swivel arms down in the desired position and the TV. The bolts are located in the hinges and tightens with an Allen wrench that is included.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does not have a locking mech. but I used a bracket at the top the I made from wood that I mounted to the wall. It's a block with a flat piece hanging down that hangs in front of the tv securely to the wall. Gravity hold makes the pivot pc. stay in place. When I'm ready to move the tv I swing it up and pull tv in front to where we need it. They actually make brackets that are more professionally designed for this if you want to buy one.
