Yes, so long as you have studs to attach the mount. There are two screws that go into your studs and the mount allows for any viewing angle. You have a double hinged swing arm to allow clearance for your ceiling and the swing arm attaches to your TV with a ball and socket type joint. So, you'll have clearance for the ceiling and the ability to angle your TV how you see fit.
