• I always mount yo the brick. It's much stronger.

• You can. Directions give you bit size, and anchors for cement wall.

• We do not recommend wall mounting into fireplace brick especially with a full motion mount. If you do decide to then you may want a different anchor then comes with the mount, unfortunately we cannot recommend anything specific since we cannot guarantee this type of installation.
