Yes, as long as there is enough clearance behind the TV. The recessed power kit creates space for the TV plug, but if you have a standard (non-recessed) outlet directly behind the TV, it may prevent the TV from sitting flush against the wall. For the cleanest, lowest-profile installation, we recommend using the recessed outlet included with the kit. SANUS Support
