Hi Jh, This mount is engineered to hold your TV securely in place once it’s installed according to the instructions and anchored into studs. When properly installed and tightened, it should not sag or droop over time. If you notice any movement or sag after installation, it can be due to the mount not being fully tightened, hardware not secured into studs, or using the wrong size fasteners. In those cases, double-checking the installation points and tightening the bolts typically resolves it.
