• I have a 32 inch Sony and it’s very sturdy. It also swivels a little. I am very happy with it and would recommend it.

• Yes it will functionally hold the tv. But the TV will look smaller due to the proportions of a 32” TV and the TV stand size. I have used only 50” and 55” TV with this stand.
