• i would say, "yes" depending upon the curve of your prospective tv. This is a heavy duty base. It fastens to the tv with two bars, each approx. 25 inches long and spaced about 12 inches apart. Each bar has 6 possible places to fasten the stand to the t.v. My Sony is 55 inches, On the back, the bottom base bar hangs over open space because of a depression in the design.

• Yes -- the stand comes with spacers of various lengths to use where the TV curves when attaching it to the stand.
