Yes, this will fit - this is universal mount. According to Sanus website: http://www.sanus.com/en_US/products/mounts/bstv1/ Supported VESA Patterns VESA 100 x 100, 200 x 100, 200 x 200, 300 x 200, 300 x 300, 400 x 200, 500 x 200, 400 x 300, 400 x 400, 500 x 400, 600 x 400

This mount will not work for the P55-C1. That TV requires a VESA 300mm x 300mm.
