• I would think it would. It comes with an extensive assortment of mounting hardware.

• Hey Pam, This stand is only rated to hold TVs up to 65" so your 70" will be too large. This is the largest TV stand that we have. I would recommend looking into some replacement TV feet they usually can support larger TVs. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
