• YES! Everything is included - even a variety of screw lengths to meet different needs. At 70+ years old, I was able to put this together in less than 30 minutes and have been enjoying it since. At first, the swivel seems hard to move by hand, but once the tv is hung, it adjusts with ease. Also, other options had glass bases which I was trying to avoid. This one is sturdy metal throughout with padding included so furniture doesn't get scraped. Enjoy! Aloha!

• Yes it does. If the hardware you already have doesn't work, the included hardware is quite adequate.
