“I recently installed this Sanus tv mount for the Sonos arc, but the soundbar now sits about 2 inches below my tv, not flush along the bottom of the tv as I wanted. I cannot raise the soundbar any higher, only lower. Did I install wrongly?”

Yes, you should be able to lift it higher. Did you try the adjustable section in the middle of the mount?
