• Hi CB, It all depends on the hole pattern on the back of the TV. If you have flexibility, you can move the monitor brackets down on the back of the TV for more height. If you don't have flexibility with the TV hole pattern, then yes, you will have to remount the TV unfortunately. Let me know if you need anything else. Cheers, Jake @ SANUS
