“Whats the best way to keep the two release strings from showing past the bottom of the TV. If I wrap it around the bracket, then I can't pull it. Is tape the only solution or am I missing something?”

Hello, There should be an adjuster on each cord that lets you set them to your desired length. This is shown on page 6 on the install manual and also at 5:11 on the install video on the product listing page.
