Good luck with that. Happened to me. Check all connections. Then call Hotline number provided. I experienced LONG wait time for assistance. Got my bike in March, still waiting for fix. It rides, but VERY hard resistance.

Take wheel cover off. AC plug wire connects to a white plug. It has come disconnected.
