“Are the straps for the foot holder easy to adjust and are they firm and tight holding the foot in the foot holder? I have MS and my right foot keeps slipping out the foot holder on my old bike due to weakness.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The straps are not particularly easy to move from slot to slot, but they are very secure once you've secured the strap to the right slot.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The straps are made from a hard rubber. They’re pretty secure, but I don’t think they’d hold up to constant tugging. If you’re dead set on this machine, I’d look into getting some pedals for it that have cloth straps that are a bit more secure. Hope this helps.
