from my personal experience: the bike itself is more quiet than the fan but I haven't really needed to use the fan, when I ordered mine the delivery was free & I believe you'd have to look into a different model/style if you want upper body cardio.

I don’t know about Best Buy because I picked mine up curbside. This model doesn’t have upper body cardio. The Airdyne is the one that has that feature and it’s noisy. Check out Schwinns site and you’ll see what they offer.
