• I get this on my Mac alot, but then again it's made for Xbox. for some reason opening edge and running GeForce now thru a browser momentarily seems to help, or just quitting the app. and it being wired. agreed tho I have the same issue and it can be frustrating at times

• This maybe a defect in the controller. Have you attempt to press the "X" to power it on. I know mine shuts off after several hours of inactivity. But I use mine with the cord with no issues.

• Always play plugged in, i found that issue with the MS Elite 2 controller as well. I plug in via USB and never have issues.
